I'm a musician and I was looking for a way to make myself stand out while playing. I wear ties, but not many men I know wear bow ties. So I figured this would be an inexpensive way to do it and I'm glad I did. This bow tie goes well with 3 or 4 shirts in my closet so choosing this color was a no brainer. I think it's definitely a statement and I can't wait to wear it tonight. Also, the material and texture of this butterfly makes it easier to tie than silk/satin. The manufacturer has several color options. If you just want to stand out, do so with a bow tie, especially this one. Great price and looks good.
