March 5th, 2016 Label says 100% Egyptian Cotton. They are thin but very soft and surprisingly warm. The color is more muted than in the picture. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and in the rainforest. We have no running water and collect rainwater for cleaning and bathing. Linen is hand washed in cold water and rinsed 3-4 times, after which it is hung on a rope to dry. These sheets gave off some color in the first wash. They washed with minimal effort, fully rinsed after the 3rd rinse and rope dried in a couple of hours. They came off the line very soft and ready to use. I keep them and other items in the plastic zip-lock containers that they come in. They fit our 12" mattress very well. The bottom sheet goes under the mattress and stays there. The pillowcases are the same super comfy material. I'll update this review to wear other cool points. For the price (25 $) it's unbeatable.
