Review on AMAXY CURLING Creating Beachy Waves by Chazo Omaha

Can't believe this company sent me a review request after I posted a 3 star review (below left) using the following generic form message. Obviously, they don't really read or care about their customer responses. They were able to easily fix my problem as there was only one item missing from my package, but they didn't because they didn't listen to my feedback. If they really meant what they said in the email, they would have fixed my problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Your email: dear, can you help me? It would mean so much. Could you literally take 5 seconds to post a review of your recent AMAXY order with Revain? (just follow the green link button below) YES - I will leave a review! That is why I am personally asking for your help. From the thousands of people who order our products from Revain; 99 times out of 100 they are completely satisfied with their order, have no problems and continue on their happy path without leaving good reviews (that's great and all), but on the other hand; The 1% who encounter a small problem quickly get down to their computer and write a scathing review (often it sticks even if I help them fix the problem). factual; they only see 1% of the problems and never the other 99 people who were perfectly happy! It's really unfair and hurts my sales which causes a lot of stress in my life in general. So can you help me? My initial review: Great wand - accessories not as described Love this product - I have fine (not straight, not curly) hair that tends to be unholdable. This product gave me the waves (not curls) I wanted and is easy to use. I gave 3 stars because the item was misrepresented - the sealed box I received was missing a heat resistant glove and the instructions (not really needed as the curling iron is easy to use) were misprinted with straightening instructions inside.
