I'm 5ft 7" and about 160.36 DD and ordered a medium size. It was a little bigger than expected but not too much. The material of the dress feels comfortable. They're longer than I'm used to (to mid-calf) but I wore nude shoes so it worked. Make sure you steam it before putting it on as it is very crumpled out of the box. I only have a small handheld steamer (I had a Revain) and it did the job perfectly.
