Won't pair with remotes
I've tried all the ways to get this connected - will be ordering from Direct TV - this is my second attempt at a third party remote - just not worth making things worse . That back where the batteries go doesn't fit right. I also noticed that it's lighter than the Direct TV Remote. We have a grandson who takes them and hides the remotes so I'm looking for some extra remotes. Luckily I have the original which still works - if not it would be very frustrating.
