Just received my immobilizer. I'm thrilled after the negative reviews. I didn't expect much. The quality is amazing. The padding is better than expected, as one reviewer noted that there was almost no padding. It's well padded and I don't feel the stabilizers. When I put it on, the padding makes it comfortable even when I try to bend my elbow. I ordered Small/Medium and the label says "Small". I'm 5'3" and about 150. I'm not short, but I'm not tall either. It fits perfectly. I took off one star because I felt the inner sleeve could have been a bit tighter. But if You have to accommodate a large number of people I think it's difficult, but with the technology that's out there there has to be some kind of fabric that's tighter yet stretchy to accommodate different sized hands haven't slept with it yet but it feels snug enough that it doesn't slip off.I'm more concerned about being able to take it off in my sleep to bend my arm.Update: Slept with only minor issues.Slept better at night than usual. The good news is that I didn't take it off at night. The only inconvenience is that when changing positions, I tried to use this hand but couldn't, which is really good. I switched in immediately after changing positions sleep. Woke up in the morning with 35% less pain and significantly less pain after getting up and moving.
