I bought this camera 10 months ago and found it reasonable (in terms of photo quality) for that time. Not great, it's a cheap camera, but for informal "people shots" while kayaking it does a great job. Probably worth 3 1/2 to 4 stars. However, on my most recent outing, a HUGE amount of moisture seeped through the camera during the day, causing all of my photos to be very blurry. After checking the seals, I found that everything is fine (no sand, no sand, the shutter works perfectly). The camera was supposed to have a 1 year warranty and I contacted Panasonic. I will update this review accordingly based on what I learn from it. Because of this issue, I'm giving it 2 stars for now. UPDATE: It's been 4 days since I emailed Panasonic and haven't heard from them. I've downgraded my rating to 1 star and will try to contact you via chat or phone (which I hate). Will update this review when I hear anything. , zero customer service. The fitting problem remains. This can be cleaned up fairly easily by removing the camera's battery and SD card, leaving the flap on that slot open, and letting the camera sit at room temperature for a few days. But the next time you use it, the problem comes back.
