Doesn't work at all
I followed the instructions exactly and it doesn't work at all. I inserted the drill all the way, tried both forwards and backwards, and when I press the button to start it it just twitches a little and stops. Three lights flash and it rotates about an eighth of an inch before coming to a complete stop.
