Beautiful necklace. I was confused as to why the pendant came in a separate bag, the chain in a separate bag and all in a beautiful jewelry box. Most of the jewelry I order comes pre-assembled and properly packaged for display and gift giving. I understand that they most likely did it this way to avoid damage. However, if you are planning on giving this as a gift, be sure to open it, wrap it properly and attach the charm to a chain. Just my thoughts on the packaging. The chain is very beautiful and strong. Very shiny and beautiful. This is a good length for a pendant that sits in the middle of the bust, ideally just above the lowest point of a cleavage. Length 18 inches, 925 sterling silver. It does not contain nickel and lead. Very pretty. It is made in Italy. The pendant has great details. Butterfly is very beautiful. In general, the necklace is beautiful, detailed care instructions are attached. Recommend!
