I really like this concept. It's well thought out and gets the job done. The set includes four; two for each location. They are about four inches long and can be rotated when not in use. When open, they take up almost no space and stick out 3 inches. My only downside is that they are very light and thin. The time depends on the quality, but it could be a plastic bag or two of around 2-3 pounds. They are easy to install. Just push until you hear a click. I went too and no one fell out. See my photos for a visual representation. UPDATE: January 2021 All 4 headrests are completely broken and unusable. Should have known from the start as they are very fragile and light. you have been warned
