Love it! I bought this for myself (34 but a big nerd) because I do a lot of sedentary work at work and the red trail helps me remember to get up and move. This is great because it doesn't count for things like going to the bathroom, but I have to move harder for the streak to go away. I have fairly small wrists and thought kids would be a good fit and they really do. I actually have a few styles left so I think they will fit most adults too. The timer is great too as I use it regularly to keep track of time for my son such as going to school. B. Brushing your teeth, reading for school, and brushing time. Nice and comfortable. I wish it had a heart rate sensor, but I can check it on my phone if I really need it. All in all a great little fitness tracker/watch.
