These elastics are great for attaching toys to strollers or high chairs. Our 6 month old loves to play with toys in his high chair and stroller. The only problem was that the toy fell off after a while. We're a bit picky parents when it comes to hygiene. Therefore, every time the toy fell down, we had to wash it before offering it back to the child. This little thing is very handy and solves our"problem". I've ordered another set. There are 3 points where you can click the buttons. Because there are two ends, there are two length settings (no crossed ends). 13 inches or 11 inches. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they are a bit more expensive for what they are and there should be more places to click the buttons. one end of the tape can be passed through.
