This is a replacement order and all parts are also missing. Both batches are missing 4 filters and 4 sponges. The picture and description describe 6 brushes, 1 cleaning brush, 10 filters and 10 sponges. However, you only get 6 filters and 6 sponges. Apparently all items have been hand placed in transparent zip-lock packaging. It may simply be the fault of the person who packed the items without reading the contents. I don't want to bother returning everything but there doesn't seem to be a way to get in touch to explain. And if I request another exchange, I'm afraid the same thing will happen. So either it's a packaging error or your product description is mistakenly (erroneously) missing from what you're paying for.
