Bought one set then ordered two more to turn an old wall into a bar to hang glasses from many wine festivals. It turned out beautiful. However, they come with absolutely no instructions. Good thing I only had one set at first. I installed the first set and placed the fins wider to accommodate the wine glasses, which had a wider base than some of my other glasses. When I hung the smaller base fixtures I found that I had made the hole too wide for the size. As I was hanging the smaller jars on a pole, one fell and splintered and something else shattered underneath. Also, they are only 11 inches long. Realizing my mistake, I straightened the boards (new holes had to be drilled). The lack of instructions with no suggested width measurements is the only reason I didn't rate ease of assembly higher. My project lasted 3 sentences. I like the way it looks.
