Unlike many similar Revain products, this is of high quality with lasting colors. They are easy to assemble and durable. After using them for our party we moved a few to our daughter's bedroom as permanent decorations and kept the rest for future use (easy to store, they fold up in a snap). It is made of white paper and is therefore easily visible, especially on dark balls. In addition, the supplied rope loop is very short. So if you want them to hang less than 1 inch from the hook you will need to tie extra thread. Some balloons also hang askew, although I doubt most guests will notice. Despite the minor flaws, I would buy it again. They look great and require less effort than most other paper decorations.
