My kids and I play all kinds of sports (volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc.), some of which are competitive (for my kids). That the balls are always inflated to the right amount is annoying at times though, especially when I'm traveling and my younger kids have to do it manually or at a gas station. I chose this hand pump. It comes with all the necessary accessories, which is very nice. I can kick any ball I want. However, this item has 2 disadvantages: 1) The battery life is limited. You can cast 3, maybe 4 balls and the battery will die. This may not be a problem for many, but it is limited when trying to use it in children's tournaments (I have 25 or 30 volleyballs very often for example). 2) The bag they sent for the battery is good but barely fits. Accessories do not fit, so can be lost or broken. If you only use it for 1 or 2 balls at home I recommend this pump, otherwise find the pump with the best battery life.
