I've had my DXracer gaming chair for a little over a year and over the past few months I've noticed it pops and squeaks very loudly, but I wasn't sure what the problem was. I tightened all the screws but that didn't fix the problem so I started looking for what might be causing the problems. It turns out that these parts tend to break down over time, especially if you're a bit heavier or occasionally let other people sit on your lap. Before ordering I found instructions on YouTube on how to replace these parts and saw how easy it should be and knew I could easily do it myself. If you're going to replace them, make sure you bring some white lithium grease and a pair of gloves so you don't make a mess. Chances are when you remove the wheelbase it's very dirty and you don't want to stain anything with dirty black grease. These pieces come with assembly instructions and pictures detailing how to reassemble them. My only issue is that the clamp that came with it didn't fit my DXracer chair, so I just used the one that came with my chair.
