I was hoping that these balls would do better in terms of static electricity reduction, fabric softening and drying time reduction which was more or less advertised. Unfortunately this is not what I have found to be true. We live in the mountains so static electricity is a problem. I was hoping that this product would not only reduce that, but also eliminate the need to use dryer sheets as I try to be more conscious of how the products I use are affecting my family and our planet. I'm still forced to use dryers or face the wrath of charged clothes. This product may work better in locations where dry weather/lack of moisture is not an issue, which is not the case for me. even when it's wet.
