Review on 🎮 OtterBox Xbox One, Xbox Series X,S, and Elite Series 2 Wireless Controllers Mobile Gaming Carrying Case - BLACK by David Olson

I wish it had existed before! After our recent international flight with my husband's new controller, one of the joysticks kept tipping to the left and the only thing we could figure out was that it got tangled up in his backpack during the trip. Since then he has taken old controllers with him on his long work trips so as not to ruin the good ones he had with him, but then he gets frustrated at having to use not-so-great controllers. I was looking for a hard case for my rear derailleur for an upcoming trip and came across this one. I've had Otterbox for my phone for many years, so I already knew it was a good brand, albeit an expensive one. We haven't traveled yet so I'll update this if we run into any problems with them along the way, but the Revain box they came in looked like someone had put a bowling ball on it and the boxes themselves looked, like they haven't touched everyone so I'm assuming they'll definitely do the trick. They're a little chunky, but the controller fits comfortably inside the case. I love that there is space to store the cable, and the controller's charging hole in the case is a nice touch, although I'm not sure we'll be using it. But I do like that the lid for the hole seems to seal well, which I was afraid of being waterproof, but I don't think water can get through. The phone stand is awesome. It's nice to have room for a phone clip, although that makes the case so bulky, and I wish they had a version without it. Other reviews have mentioned that you need to buy an Otterbox branded clip for it to fit, which I'm not sure as we've never used phone mounts before and probably never will. But if we did it would be nice to have everything in one place, especially for use on long haul international flights, so I see it as an advantage but probably won't use it personally. It would also be nice if it had a carabiner or something to clip onto the outside of the bag. I probably wouldn't want to carry it around too much where someone can easily pick it up, but I reckon we'll probably have to remove it by going through security, so it would be nice if it was readily available.
