This is a replacement that fits my shop vacuum, but is not an 'exact' replacement. It is held in place by gasket pressure and time will tell if it stays in place. It has more pleats than the original, and the pleats are closer together, which means dust and dirt fall and shouldn't accumulate on the filter.
