Looks like my 5 year old made them.
Item and packaging were new and undamaged. When I opened the package I found these broken brackets and broken links. The staples looked like someone had made them with a 40-grit wheel on an angle grinder. The holes weren't even round. The crimp on the terminals is broken or poorly installed. I haven't even tried plugging them in to see if they work. I wouldn't waste your time buying them.
