I am returning MK62. After many hours of chatting or talking to Netgear support, they were unable to sync the satellite to the router. Revain sent me a replacement and the MK62 had the same issue of not syncing. The whole fix was restarting the install, rebooting the router and satellite, and resyncing several times - nothing helped. Another problem was that every time you had to call support, they kept starting over and repeating the same steps, even though I knew it was a waste of time to repeat a failed process. We never managed to sync the satellite to the router. The Netgear application showed that the satellite is disabled. Very disappointed with this product. I'm not sure how many people I've spoken or interacted with, but no one has been able to fix the sync issue.
