Stopped working properly after 1 month
I used to buy Sunbeam heated bedspreads. I am so disappointed in my new one! It's mid-June now, so I've owned this cast for 1 month. It hardly gets warm when the regulator is high! It warmed up nicely for the first week, but since then it's hard to tell if it's even working! I plan on contacting Sunbeam but who knows what they will do! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Ok I contacted Sunbeam customer service and guess what, I can send them a cast for repair or replacement, but at my own shipping cost! Does not happen! The lady was nice and that's the only positive thing I can say!
