HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I just bought a Gymboss+ but already own several other Gymboss timers. Gimboss is outstanding. I am a long distance runner. Numerous marathons and ultramarathons since 1993. Gymboss is invaluable if you regularly take long-distance, planned walk breaks and do terrible interval training sessions if you enjoy it. I clip it to my vest or the inside of my watch band and take breaks at set times. When running extremely long distances, your body needs a break to change rhythm, stress, etc., and Gymboss is the perfect reminder to walk. Yes, you can forget to take a break for a walk. You'll find that these all-important walking breaks allow you to walk much further than you ever thought possible. Warning: you can become an ultra runner! A great way to gain strength even for beginners by running X minutes and walking X minutes! It's much easier for beginner runners. I currently have a sprained knee (damn stairs!) and I run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute during my daily 1 hour jog to relieve stress during recovery. If the BOSS says it's time to go, I'll go. If it beeps or vibrates, I keep running. I can dream etc. The BOSS will let me know when the time is right. You will not regret buying Gymboss.
