I really want it to have no issues because it sounds pretty good and hits hard and is good value for the amount of bass offers it generates. As for the problems it has: 1. LFE is useless. I paid extra for the LFE option for this model, but it's useless. I hear crackling which is quite annoying and very noticeable at low volume. 2. Bass is very weak even at maximum boost. I had to connect using regular audio connectors (red and white). With this method, the bass sounds much more powerful and quite subtle, but crackling is still present at low volume. I adjusted gain and crossover but couldn't get rid of the crackle. Not sure what to do here, maybe spend the money on a more expensive cable to connect to my amp, see if that solves the problem. Or just back? I will test it further and contact the manufacturer to see if this issue can be resolved. DO NOT BUY THE LFE MODEL. I wanted the LFE option because my amp has more subwoofer control with that option, but it doesn't work with this subwoofer.
