Suitable for sea-themed decoration and crafts

They are artificial, uniform in size and color. They are not large but the size is suitable for decorating a headdress, table centerpiece, wine glasses or mobile. They can also be easily painted over or attached with rhinestones/beads/glitter. Due to the size and material, it may break when drilling a hole (I broke a couple of shackles).
