The unit worked fine for 2 weeks and then there was no picture or sound on any HDMI outputs. After some fiddling with the HDMI cables, the device started to work intermittently. Called Mermak Direct (supplier) to arrange a replacement; incurred long-distance communication costs in Shenzhen, China. The guy on the other line picked up the phone but didn't say hello and hung up. On the second call he answered in broken English and made me wait while he had another conversation for 5 minutes. Then he handed me over to a girl who gave me her private email address because she didn't have a company address; it bounced when I tried to send her the "proof" that I don't have video, the sound comes out of the device. Revain gave me an extended professional courtesy refund. I WILL NEVER BUY DIRECTLY FROM MERMAK. THE PRODUCT IS INSUFFICIENT. MERMAK DIRECT IS WRONG. DO NOT BUY.
