I wear medium sized women's gloves (7.75 inches around the palm) and they were a little big for my hand - and not so big that I wouldn't/wouldn't wear them. They are a bit roomy, there is enough room for fingers, like my palm. Otherwise good length. They don't slosh around like a real big men's shoe. I would call them M/LI, they can activate my phone and do gestures but the fingertips are too big to write properly. Used on a tractor at 40F, hands were fine. Keeps the wind off well. We also just had winter weather with daytime temperatures hovering around 24F and I wore them to shovel snow and they did their job well enough. The rubber webbing strengthened my grip, which meant my hand didn't have to try and choke the shovel handle and get cramped. But my hands were not warm. They didn't freeze either. They were cold. And when I was done, they were a little damp - they should NOT be considered damp proof or moisture resistant. My hands didn't get wet, but the snow melted and crept through. I doubt the decision to make the liner white?! This is a durable thin white fleece. Just a scoop shows I've got the balaclava already "dirty" and if you're really working or hunting, this balaclava will be looking dirty in no time. Of course, these gloves are usually dirty on the inside, but thanks to the clever choice of colors, they do NOT look dirty, lol. π€¦ββοΈ
