Review on 😍 e.l.f. Brush Shampoo: Effective Daily Cleaning Formula, 4.1 Fl Oz by Lisa Love

For people who have left 1 star reviews, I think I know what the problem is. Because I did almost the same thing - DO NOT USE WITH WATER. I tried using it WITH water and was so disgusted with the results that I was about to give a scathing review when I decided to try it without water. And that was a problem all along. Clean without water and rinse with warm water. When using, try to use water along with the shampoo as it will be too diluted and become useless. I've just ordered this for the second time because it works really well with 7 out of 8 of my makeup brushes. I'm deducting a point because it never takes all of the foundation out of my flat brush applicator. And it turns out so rich, I'm not sure anything without a soak would be better. A little annoying, but...man, it's cheap. If I have to put in the extra effort for just one of my ridiculous beauty products, I can handle it.
