The hard rubber pad fitted my jack almost perfectly (as pictured). I only had to cut off eight inches of the round bottom around the notch so everything was flat and perfectly fitted onto my jack. I measured carefully before cutting the small round piece with a very sharp pocket knife to cut through the hard rubber and now it's perfect. If you have a jack like the one in the picture you can double check before doing what I did but now the pad should allow my jack head to fit on the frame rail without damaging the rail. It took me a while to find one for my 2 ton jack but this jack was a near perfect match and now it is. Perfect!
