After installing the cartridges several times, the printer finally recognized the cartridges. The blue didn't hold up well on my first print job. ---> The provider contacted me and I replied with a test page. They send me a replacement cyan cartridge. I understand that sometimes something happens, it's the customer service that I didn't expect, I just thought it was a waste of money. Im impressed they found me and took care of the issue and by the way the rest of the cartridges are fine.
