There are 3 major issues: (1) The HDMI cable is very stiff as shown in the product photo. If you have a small junction box behind that panel, I had trouble bending the HDMI cable to fit the small junction box. (2) The F-connector does not protrude far enough internally to connect the internal F-cable. To make the connection, the inner nut must be removed. (3) The HDMI cable needs to be fixed to the panel inside with very small screws. Very small screws didn't go all the way in. It looks and works well on the outside, however the connectors are not rigid and feel loose when plugged in from the outside.
