This is our second Echo. We have one in our bedroom. You can set it to wake you up with your favorite music or a silent alarm. I turn on the music to fall asleep and I can tell Alexa to turn off the music in an hour. I can check the weather forecast before I get up. I also use Alexa to put things on my shopping list when I think about it. When I go shopping, I use the Alexa app on my phone. Our first "Alexa" was a gift we didn't think of; but we use it all the time. So many things you can do with it. Who won yesterday's game? Alexa knows. When was Burt Reynolds born? Need a banal joke?
