I don't understand why this product gets so many bad reviews. I'm pretty picky when it comes to products and I really like this product. There are many reviews mentioning how noisy the foot bath is. I do not agree. There is a small fan at the foot of the foot bath, but it is designed to create a bubbling atmosphere. The "volume" is no higher than that of a personal-sized fan placed on a table. One review mentioned that you can't even watch TV while visiting the spa. This review is really overrated. Today I gave my husband a pedicure and we both watched TV and had no problem talking. If you decide not to buy this product because you are somehow convinced that it is noisy, I think you are making a mistake. There are many reviews mentioning the heating mode or its lack. No, this foot bath does not heat water. We added warm water (corresponds to bath temperature) and after 30 minutes the water was still warm. My husband says if the water had cooled he wouldn't have said it. It is interesting for me that there are no test reports with real temperature measurements. I plan on coming back to update this review next time we use the foot bath. I'll put the thermometer in the water and measure it. It will be interesting to separate the accurate reviews from those that are exaggerated. If you decide not to buy this product because you are somehow convinced that the water will not stay warm, I think you are making a mistake. This foot spa made it easy for my husband to put his feet in and then sit back. I think it's important to consider this when choosing a foot spa. If the back panel is too high you will need to sit at a 90 degree angle as the back panel will press on the back of your ankles. This foot spa has the perfect back height for you to recline in your chair. There are feet in every corner of the foot bath. This prevented tipping over and worked great. The husband took out his foot and put his heel against the blue blanket without hesitation. I took some photos with measurements. Men's size 12' fits perfectly in this spa (ladies, you know all our feet fit). My 12 inch ruler fit below with about an inch left. Men's size 13 will fit, but larger will be uncomfortable. The width of the leg spa is about 12 inches. I am very satisfied with this product. For the price I think this is a great product.
