Reliable WinTV product

I have used a few WinTV products over the years. This card is reliable, like most of their other products. I'm using this card on a 9 year old Windows 10 Pro PC with 8GB RAM and an Intel Core 2 quad core processor, but not with the included WinTV software. Instead, I use PLEX, which turns this old PC into a video server that feeds our TVs with Roku devices, tablets, and computers. The included WinTV is fine. But I don't use it. However, this card, like other WinTV products, has a lot of third-party and LINUX support. If you are using PLEX instead of the included WinTV software, do not install the included WinTV software. Instead, download simple Windows drivers for this card from their website. Then install PLEX. Plex finds the map. However, 2 devices are listed, each with 2 tuners. This is not a problem. All 4 tuners work as they should. Although my computer is very old, it works well with PLEX. We will have 2 tuners to stream to 2 Roku devices. The third tuner records something on the hard drive. No questions. It just works. Not sure if this is more of a review for the WinTV QuadHD card or for PLEX. I can only say that both work very well together. My car is very old. Maybe. the processing is done on the card, not in the software. And that's why it works as well as it works. If you want to save money by cutting the cable, this card will help you along with WinTV or Plex and a decent antenna. I highly recommend.
