A few years ago we organized a cat walk in the living room to give them a place to get away from children, dogs and each other. We've gradually upgraded them from simple shelves to more convenient setups like this one. We have both 33" and 17" versions. Follow the instructions and setup is easy. A second pair of hands is definitely recommended to hold while screwing it from the other side. Our largest cat probably weighs around 14 pounds and is perfect for both without worrying about falling off. They jumped right in while we were still finishing installing the covered bars. Quality seems excellent with no roughness or chips. They love it and so do we!
