I usually wear a medium or large, I weigh 5.4185 pounds. After reading the reviews I bought the XXL because I found them small but no I had to send them back because they were too big. I'm size XL and it's neither big nor tight. These shirts are long at the shoulders and around the waist. Your pleasant absorption of light and moisture. I'm definitely ordering more
