They are good quality but too small for everyone.
I read all the one star reviews that said the bags were smaller than expected but I bought them anyway as I had several small baskets. These bags didn't even cover my small cups! You are very small. To put this in perspective, I had a large box of Costco jelly beans and the packaging just covered them. They are of good quality but too small for any Easter basket.
