They are definitely not as bright as the description says. I used this light as an extra high beam for my truck as my stock headlights are pretty pathetic. It adds enough extra light that I can see the road a little further, but I definitely wouldn't rely on that light alone, lol. Now that it's been on my truck for over a month, it's completely filled with moisture. If you live in a place where it rains, snows or foggy, I strongly recommend disassembling and sealing with silicone before installation. Also, the light color is kinda weird. Partly bluish/greenish. The optics are also more like a flood/spot combination than a pure spot. So don't expect much usable light beyond the 100ft mark. But for the price they could be worse lol.
