When I upgraded my PC I switched it to a Corsair Obsidian 500d case with tempered glass panels (quick touch: this case is amazing) and the first thing my wife did after me said built it "looks great. except for the giant _thing_ in there.” So I bought it, and now my giant air-cooling unit has an acceptable approval rating for my wife. They feel solid, mount easily and cleanly, look fantastic, and have a reasonable level of fingerprint resistance once installed. They _are_ a bit pricey, especially since they don't improve cooling performance (which, to be honest, they don't advertise), so I just can't bring myself to give more. than 4/5.
