The filter does not let water through after installation. The seller then sent this message: Thank you for giving us your feedback. The manufacturer states that the design of the filter requires a tighter fit to hook it in. However, if the filter is not fully installed, it may not deliver water as expected. Particles remaining after crafting can be collected in one of the Micron Tunnels during transport. The manufacturer recommends soaking the filter in a pot of water for 1 hour. After that, washing the filter should clear the clog. We gave them back, woe to you!
