Pros: Well made, all exposed surfaces are covered in fabric (unlike some that have exposed wood) making it in our lives looks very nice. Space, many scratching and lying areas (cats like to scratch all around), easy to set up. The section of pipe was about 4 inches in diameter, this would have made it sturdier and cats could walk better in it. Our 10 and 11 pound cats were reluctant to climb holes (but will climb holes in the larger pipe). we have a cat house for her), the top bed is our little cat's favorite. Overall we are happy with the purchase and the cats are using it.
