Initially I was very happy with this product. When it arrived I was surprised at how well made it was. This isn't one of those flimsy little Chinese cell phone accessories that are common these days. It really seemed to be very durable. I installed it for driving on my Road King. Worked fine for three days and died on the fourth. It was a bummer. Not very happy about that. I will update when seller responds. UPDATE - I contacted the seller via email, he also saw this review and contacted me directly. They send me a new replacement for the one that died. I hope this one lasts longer but at least the seller is doing their best. At least good customer service. UPDATE - The seller sent a replacement item as promised. Time will tell about its durability. The rating has been raised to 3 stars because the seller, as I said, does everything right. Will be updated again if the item has been used successfully for a long time or fails again.
