Phone arrived in perfect condition. Battery life is good (not great, but within the expected range), the camera and speaker are great, and the screen and image quality are excellent. The internal storage gives you exceptional storage space for apps, while the expanded storage for media and music in the form of an SD card (not included) makes it a great phone. It loads very fast BUT! It uses USB-C, which has a different connector, so your old cables won't work with it! Also, don't use old cables with a wall adapter to charge other things because it's a different type of charger and you risk damaging things by using incompatible chargers. Two things to consider? 1) The battery is NOT removable. 2) The SD card and SIM card are in a thin plastic tray that you need to be careful with (don't lose, bend or break) and you need a needle or other small thin object to insert them into it Press hole on top of phone to remove this tray (and tool for doing so is not included), after all, buying a top-of-the-line phone 2 or 3 years ago is a better financial choice than buying a current top-of-the-line phone, and you get still an attractive, fast, reliable and very expensive phone. It outperforms any mid- to low-end phone (even the newest ones) for a comparable price. I have recommended this to family and friends. Just make sure you buy the one that fits your network! You are not unlocked. If you use Verizon, buy Verizon. Buy tmobile on tmobile. They are not universal!
