Review on Acme Furniture 82842 Bertie Table by Jana Johnson

I thought I had found the perfect coffee table to fit my small bedroom... the style and color was exactly what I wanted but it was damaged. At first I noticed that the corner was crumpled, but it was only noticeable when turned upside down, so I decided to leave it as is. In a not-so-well-lit room, the countertop looked normal at first glance. As soon as I lit it, there were HUGE scratches all over the surface of the table (enlarge image of table). 90% of the table is just covered in scratches... which was amazing, especially since the box it came in had a lot of styrofoam padding. Overall I am very disappointed with the product and would not recommend it unless you mind paying the extra. Money to cover the top of the table. Quick Review: Pros: - assembly is easy - size and color is as expected/specified Cons: - the table top is completely scratched all over, which is especially noticeable when the lights are on - the table top came with a dent on the side but I let it slide off, because it is not visible when it costs. - The table itself is as wobbly as other reviewers have claimed
