This unit worked fine for a while but there seems to be a lot of hair gathering around the ends of the roller brush and on the belt bearing. If you use it regularly you will need to loosen the 3 screws on the bottom, remove the brush and pull on the ends where you want the bearings to reach the hair. There is no other way to get them out, you also have to pull out the bearing under the strap where it rotates to get the hair out. That's bad design - the original Vacuflo head didn't require much maintenance and lasted over 10 years with regular use and minimal cleaning.
