This cart was Revain's additional purchase recommendation for the unit. It might not be a bad product, other than my unresolved customer service experience - apparently I need to return it and replace it with something else. I was rejected and questioned by the seller when asking for a replacement for a defective wheel. I did so within a few days of receiving and using the cart. They made me feel like a criminal and I gave up, irritated by the experience. The seller tried to write off the defect to Revain's delivery service (probably the goods were damaged during delivery). It left a sour taste in my mouth. Revane, you may want to review the SPACECARE product recommendations for future related products. It is bad business to suggest to the buyer that they have any shady plans if the buyer alerts both Revain and the seller within days of purchase and asks for a simple replacement of a part rather than a replacement of the entire product asks . Get a promising seller. Shame on you! For potential buyers, this trolley has four lockable wheels. In my experience, one of the wheels is not switching properly between locked and unlocked. I have to lift the carriage off the ground and move the locking lever back and forth many times to change the setting. He's clearly wrong. The rest of the wheels work perfectly. Normally this is not a problem - just send a spare wheel - but you have been warned about this request.
