Installs a few items from Chinese brand Amazing Force. They all work fine. I'm always skeptical of imported or generic plumbing brands. Plumbing is unique in that if it breaks, it is not only impractical to replace, but it can also cause thousands of dollars in damage. So before you buy a generic brand light, always look at well-known brands and evaluate the cost to see if you're really saving money, if it's really worth the risk. It doesn't have any obvious downsides other than it's all plastic and I don't like plastic plumbing parts. The shower head is normal pressure (not high pressure) and the flow rate is 1.75 GPM, within the normal/medium range, not as a low flow. You do NOT need to drill a hole in the shower screen if you don't want to. Screws to attach the shower handle are included, but you can alternatively use nano silicon tape. It works in the shower and holds the shower arm perfectly. Not just for this application, the nano tape has many uses, wet or dry. Otherwise, it's a simple assembly, just unscrew and screw on the old shower head. They require a wrench and come with tape. Do not overtighten, you can hand tighten the shower head and use a wrench to turn the hose a quarter turn after hand tightening. It took me 5 minutes. What I really like is the pause switch - you can toggle from shower head to manual and pause. That way you don't have to fiddle with the temperature if you just want to turn the water off a little, which helps a lot.
