Perfect size, durable

I can't cook or store a lot of food so they're the perfect size for me. again. But if I choose not to reuse them, they are recyclable. Prep containers help me control portions, especially when I'm on a diet. I even did a pour test 😁🧱👍 Can I recommend these healthy and safe cooking containers that are BPA free so no odors. oven, but make sure your food is not frozen before putting it in the oven. Can be used in the microwave, just leave the lids open. The freezer is safe but remember that the materials will become brittle so it can break. But apart from this amazing product. I recommend them.
