Easy to replace when the original has died. In the past, there was always a slight smell of gas when the stove was switched on. I think it was because the stock igniter was sluggish. This replacement is like launching a rocket and there is absolutely no smell of gas when the oven is started. Also, I had no problem swapping out units with built-in oven doors. But I had to replace a broken screw in the lid. Strangely, this is the same screw that had problems with the YouTube video. I needed a puller to remove the screw.
